Proper Mixing-
Chiller Plant ensures the proper mixing of sand, cement, and water inside the tank by regulating temperature during mixing and then cooling the concrete mixture with high-pressure flow ensuring concrete curing.

Heat absorption
chillers integrate heat exchangers that pull heat away from any associated processes and dissipate them exteriorly. Heat exchangers are typically composed of piping containing coolant fluids (air, water, or a mixture of water and other liquids).
Enhanced Quality
Using a chiller plant allows for precise control over the concrete temperature, leading to more predictable and consistent concrete properties, ultimately improving the quality of the finished product
Reduced Thermal Cracking
By minimizing the peak temperature of the concrete, a chiller plant can reduce the risk of thermal cracking, particularly in large pours or mass concrete elements.
Reduce Temperature
The temperature of the material made with normal water and heat of cement ballast is very high and in the chiller plant we can take the temperature up to 14-20° by giving 4°-5° chilled water to the material
